The CD, highly appreciated by the press, received numerous awards from Classica Magazine, La Libre Belgique, Klara’s top 10, American Records, and was called by The Strad Magazine: "A most intoxicating recording of lesser-known Grieg".

In 2021, her CD "The Lockdown" was released under the label Rubicon Classics Ltd. London. The program of this CD is dedicated to Piazzolla (Tangos for solo violin, world premiere) and Prokofiev's sonatas for two violins and solo violin, with violinist Hrachya Avanesyan.

Born in 1997 to French and Belgian parents, Maya Levy began playing the violin at the age of 4 under the direction of Bernadette Jansen. Later, she continued her studies with Igor Tkatchouk and since 2013 with the eminent Russian pedagogue Boris Kuschnir, in Vienna as well as Hrachya Avanesyan. In the meantime, she has benefited from masterclasses given by renowned professors such as Augustin Dumay, Pavel Vernikov, Itamar Golan, Renaud Capuçon, Miriam Fried, Sergey Khachatryan, Andrey Baranov, and Leonidas Kavakos.
